Interior design in Astana for young family

Description: The project involved designing the interior of an apartment located in the bustling city of Astana. The clients were a young family of mathematicians with a young daughter. The primary focus of the design was to create a calming and relaxing environment, given the busy and intense rhythm of the clients' lives.
To achieve this, the color scheme was chosen to be as calming as possible, with warm wood tones adding a touch of warmth to the space. The design also included clear and sharp geometric shapes, which reflected the clients' preference for strict geometric shapes. The bedroom was designed to create optimal conditions for a good night's sleep. Ceiling lighting was only placed in areas of passage, while blackout curtains were installed to prevent extra light from the street. The walls were painted in a dark blue color, which created a feeling of a secluded corner and enveloped the sleeping area. The initial apartment layout was a kitchen-studio format, which suited the clients' needs, and was retained in the design. The living room area and kitchen were combined, allowing the parents to cook dinner while their daughter played nearby. The clients had requested a shower room in the master bedroom, but the developer had planned for two bathrooms, both of which were located outside the master bedroom. However, designer found a solution to this challenge. Given the apartment's location on the second floor with a non-residential premises underneath, they were able to place an additional bathroom with a shower in the master bedroom. The main bathroom was equipped with a bathtub for the daughter, and the small second bathroom was converted into a mini-laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The final result was a visually spacious and organized apartment, with ample storage space and all the necessary amenities. The design successfully created a relaxing environment for the clients, which was achieved through careful selection of colors, lighting, and shapes. The designer was able to incorporate the clients' requests while also finding solutions to any challenges that arose during the project. Overall, the interior design of this Astana apartment is a successful example of combining functionality and aesthetics to meet the needs of a young family.
